Bolzano Italy will be the jumping off place for our adventures with a three-hour train ride from Venice or five-hour train ride from Munich. Taxi transfer to Vols am Schlern will land us in the heart of this UNESCO world heritage paradise for hiking the Dolomites with magnificent peaks and craggy pinnacles of white rock that soar skywards.

Hiking high mountain footpaths from village to village our luggage will be transported as we traverse this most dramatic of mountain ranges to Val Gardena and Corvara.

Days will be complete with wonderfully invigorating trekking, morning meditations, plentiful breakfast buffets, lunches on the trail, and blissful afternoon yoga sessions followed by lovely regional wines, beers and a sumptuous evening meal......yes!
