Yoga is connection - connection to the deepest parts of ourselves, to each other and to the natural world.  Through the poses and meditation, yoga cultivates a state of inner listening that allows us to experience the truth of who we really are.  It is from this center then that we dare to go out into the world and put into action what comes to us through our intuitive knowing.  As we grow into stronger, more flexible bodies - our minds and hearts follow in that same openness and breath allowing us to be be a true force of nature in the world.  Diana offers her students a physically challenging yet balanced practice, that nurtures and supports greater and greater levels of growth and well being.

Diana’s style draws from her studies at Kripalu in Western MA and in Northern CA where she has studied under many master teachers in the Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, and Yin Yoga traditions. Most recently, Diana completed her YogaWorks certification and is a leader in the YogaWorks teacher training program.

Individual and Private Group sessions are available to inspire & support you:

  1. Opportunity for beginners  to learn the basic principles of yoga

  2. Focused individual attention to develop a specific aspect of the practice

  3. Work therapeutically with an injury

  4. Celebrate a special occasion or event

Roots and Wings:

Tuesday 12 - 1:30pm Yin Yoga


Down Under School of Yoga:
